Annoor Dental College & Hospital organized an Induction Ceremony to formally welcome the 1st Year BDS students of the 2025–26 batch. As part of the program, a Parents’ Orientation Session was conducted by Ms. Mereena Mathew, Lecturer, Department of Microbiology, aimed at familiarizing parents with the academic framework, institutional policies, and expectations to ensure a smooth transition for students into professional education.
Parents were cordially welcomed and provided with an overview of the institution’s vision, faculty, infrastructure, and support systems. A comprehensive briefing was given on the BDS curriculum, examination patterns, and methods of assessment, along with guidance on attendance monitoring and academic performance evaluation.
The session was highly informative and well-received, offering parents a clear insight into their ward’s academic journey and the collaborative efforts of the institution in nurturing future dental professionals.
