The Department of Physical Education successfully organized a Self-Defence Training Program on 22nd April 2025, aimed at empowering our students with essential skills to ensure personal safety and confidence.
The session was packed with practical demonstrations and hands-on training, helping participants understand how to stay alert, respond swiftly, and protect themselves in real-life situations. The program received an enthusiastic response, especially from our female students, reinforcing the importance of self-defence as a life skill.
