Dent-O-Taste

The Women’s Brigade of Annoor Dental College and Hospital, Muvattupuzha, organized a vibrant culinary competition titled “Dent-O-Taste” on May 26, 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the college examination hall. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 11 teams, which included a diverse mix of faculty members and students, with each team consisting of four members. Participants were challenged to showcase their creativity and culinary skills by preparing either a salad featuring a minimum of five distinct colors or a dessert with at least three colors, alongside a mandatory refreshing drink. A central requirement of the competition was emphasizing the nutritive value of the prepared food, pushing the teams to balance aesthetic presentation with health benefits.
The program was filled with great fun, joy, and a spirit of tight competition as the teams worked systematically within the time limit. To enhance the experience for the audience and supporters, light refreshment stalls were arranged at the venue, keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming. After a thorough evaluation based on taste, presentation, color requirements, and nutritional merit, the judging was completed, and prizes were distributed to the winning teams. The event successfully concluded as a memorable gathering that celebrated teamwork, healthy eating, and community spirit across the institution.
