Self Defence Training Program was successfully conducted at Annoor Dental College & Hospital on 15th May 2026, aiming to equip students with essential self-protection skills, confidence, and awareness in challenging situations.
The session witnessed enthusiastic and active participation from students, making the program highly interactive and impactful. Through practical demonstrations and engaging activities, participants learned valuable techniques to stay alert, confident, and safe.
A meaningful initiative towards building strength, confidence, and resilience among future healthcare professionals.
