Dental Camp – Government Higher Secondary School, Namakuzhy
A Dental Screening camp was held at Government Higher Secondary School, Namakuzhy on January 9th, 2025. It was organized by Department of Public Health Dentistry, Annoor Dental College and Hospital in association with the Sri Bhavani Foundation Kalady, Lions Club Elanji, Government Higher Secondary School, Namakuzhy NSS Unit , Amrita Hospital, Kochi and Malabar Gold and Diamonds to improve the dental health of the school going children. The following events were conducted at the camp:
1. Oral screening was performed on students.
2. Toothpaste was distributed among the patients.
3. One-on-one Demonstration of Tooth Brushing Techniques.
All patients were provided with a referral card for availing further treatment in the dental college. The camp was successful and was well appreciated by the organisers
